Here is the creation of the door jambs

Here is the VG Fir out of the planer		Here is some genuine Mahogany out of the planer		The Mahogany is glued to the VG Fir		They cure for 48 hrs
Out of clamps and the surface sanders		The hinges are laid out and the mortise is cut for each one		The hinge is mortised		....... and set in place
