It is constructed of Old Growth Redwood
and is 40" x 79" x 1-3/4"
The panels are Curley Redwood and Redwood Burl
The glass is tempered, insulated, and beveled

Then each and every molded edge is hand sanded
The we sign it
......... and mortise for hinges
square the corners

finish up with machine sanding
then take 12 to 14 days to apply 4 coats of varnish oil
here are the jambs varnished with 4 coats of our varnish oil
and the door is set to cure for 3-4 days between coats of our varnish oil
