This beautiful door is called The Iris Garden Bedroom Door It is a door from the garden into the bedroom It is 30" x 80" x 1-3/4" It has beveled glass and Seedy Reamy glass

All of the Mahogany is vertical grain		and this Mahogany shows the ribbon figure in its' vertical grain		all of the glass is insulated
All of the glass is art glass		We took many different photo's trying to get a shot that would show the bevels in the glass on this Beautiful Door.		Here are the reflection of the beveled glass and the Seedy Reamy glass

These pieces are ready to be planed for the making of this Door.		The fitting of the door has begun.		Here I am laying out the start of the midrails
The mullions are very short		Step by step		first the rebate
then the champher		made and fitted		Fitting all the pieces in order to start the gluing process.
Gluing up the door.		Here we are using many clamps on this door as we glue it up.		Cleaning out the corners on the door after we glue it up is a very important step that cannot be skipped.
The door will lay here for 72 hours for the glue to cure.		Hand sanding of the door has begun.		Here the Jambs are being oiled. They will be oiled 4 times before they will be ready for the client.
Many hours of sanding are given to each door.		And more hand sanding...............		Here we are boring for hinges.

All our doors are oiled under the Redwood Canopy.		Hanging the door after oiling where it will stand for 3 days before its next oiling.		Look at that shine!
