It is made of beautiful ribbon grain Mahogany
and has insulated German Red antique glass
clear beveled and Diamante Starfire glass.
This door is 32" x 80" x 1-3/4

The Starefire is 3/4" thick and it is hand beveled by Inques Glass Studio
The other glass is also beveled glass.......
and it it tempered and insulated
The German Antique is insulated under clear beveled glass

Here we are mortising for hinges
The door is machine sanded to a furniture grade finish
The the final hand sanding

Here is the door ready for oil
raining today ......... so the first coat goes on inside.
each door gets 4 coats of varnish oil

and they cure for at least 3-4 days between coats of varnish oil
we sign every door that we make
here we are cutting strops for each opening
